Tom --   I received and installed the “IR Upgrade Kit for Storm Cameras” for three Eyemax XVI-232FV cameras for which, after 2-1/2 years, the domes were causing very poor night time resolution. Although I could not find anything on-line in regard to installation of the kit or the XVI-2542V camera, the installation was pretty straight forward. As per the attached pic of the views from one of the upgraded cameras, the resolution has been restored. Only time will tell if the “Anti-IR Reflection” maintains its functionality, but at least I now have three like new cameras.   I want to commend you and CamTech for your outstanding Customer Support. Neither the firm that installed my surveillance system nor a couple other Eyemax product suppliers would give me the time of day when I asked about obtaining replacement domes for my cameras, much less advising me that there was an upgrade kit available. Hopefully I will not have to replace the DVR or any of the cameras in the near future, but when the time does come CamTech will be my go-to provider.   Thank you for the great support, it is truly appreciated!   Rich Q… Sacramento, CA

(…) Ps: As a side note in regards to our Excellent buying experience thus far, the owner and myself would like to say; We really liked our online buying experience with your website!! Your company not only had the best price and easy navigation, but was the only site that had ALL the optional upgrades and prices for those upgrades, listed right on the order page for the DVR we were ordering (other sites just listed that there were upgrade/addition options, but had no info about those upgrades available and no way of customizing the order as easy as you guys on their site). The owner and I also found your site to be very easy to navigate, plenty of information on products (from spec sheets to software info that other sites didn't offer), an enormous selection and had recommendations for other equipment and options that we should buy to accompany the equipment we bought. Even if the recommended/suggested upgrade or addition was the least expensive instead of trying to suggestively sell the priciest. Other sites offered no suggestions. We will definitely  be needing more equipment now that we have purchased a 32 channel DVR to replace out 16 channel, as we are expanding, and with the ease of your site, free ahipping over $500, and the great customer service/sales rep I spoke to earlier, we will be buying the rest of our equipment for our camera system (and hopefully other products) threw your company! Camtech,          I am writing just to let you know what a wonderful experience I have had with your company. I first read everything you have to say on your website. This website and the after sales help you offer was the deciding factors for me to purchase from you. First, the sales people put together what I wanted on an invoice (IN17..). Then I had a few questions for your tech people and was helped immensely. I did a lot of research on cameras before I chose the ones that I did. When I received the invoice, I was ready to purchase. Shipping was immediate. I had my system in a few days. It took no time at all to install my system. It is truly a plug and play system. It is everything your website claimed it would be. The only problem I had was to connect to my Ipad outside of local area. I called your tech support and customer satisfaction really kicked in. I believe his name was Steve. He not only helped with the set up, he connected remotely to my computer and set up some kind of Domain with my system. I am not so smart with computers, and his patience was greatly appreciated. I just want to let you know that my experience with your website, your sales people, and your tech support was everything that I could want. I really enjoyed installing my 8 cameras and configuring my LTS 2308ME. Been done setting it up for about 1 month now. I am very pleased with the quality of picture I get with the Eyemax IB6025. I am also impressed with this DVR. Got internet & android set up without having to call you guys. I was wondering if there is any harm in recording 24/7 with this particular model. Here in Jax Florida, spiders and big bugs set off motion detection, and if it is not sensitive enough it misses some things, so I decided to record all the time (2 Tb hdd). Thanks, Jim

Dear Bill,   Thought you'd like to know that we installed our system on September 18th. We have adjusted the cameras (brightness, contrast etc.). We still need to tweak them for optimal performance, we are very pleased the system in whole. Our night time lighting wreaks havoc with the IR, but we are working on that issue. One of our members owns her own bar in the area and is interested in getting a system for her place. I'll have more on that if it gels. Thank you for your assistance and patience in our selection and purchase. As I'm sure you know, one can not please everyone, however, most of us feel this was $$ well spent.   Past Commander, Cole C…
