Our PC based, multi-channel video surveillance systems utilize the most advance digital video compression technologies to bring you the highest picture quality and video performance. Product range starts from our entry level 4 channel system to the 32 channel board. Up to 32 cameras can be connected and view live on a local monitor screen or via internet. Video can be recorded basing on specifiable schedules or motion detection. You can store video clips in HDD or any optical storage device by using backup system.
You decide how much data you want to store. Some people want to always have last two weeks of recording, others last 2 years (!!!). With our system you can personalize almost every setting.
Please remember that PC based systems are much more dependable than stand alone DVRs. With enhanced virus protection supplied by operating system you can be sure your video data is safe. PC based system gives you endless possibilities. Surveillance system may be optionally integrated with other systems and devices including alarm and Point Of Sale (POS). Simplicity and friendly user interface are also important factors. You don’t have to be trained security technician to operate our system. Only basic computer knowledge is necessary . And remember, we will train you. We also offer free technical support to our customers.
All our cameras are top of the line products featuring Sony, Panasonic, Samsung or Sharp CCD sensors. Cameras we offer have been tested in the field. We guarantee great picture quality, sharp colors and long lasting performance. Remember, resolution and minimum illumination do not fully describe camera performance. In fact to choose the best camera, you have to compare as many models as possible. Do not judge camera only by technical specification or price. CamTech has huge variety of security and covert cameras. We test all products before we offer them to our customers to ensure highest quality.
Be careful buying CCTV equipment from online retailers and auction sellers. They usually offer pirate copies of DVR boards which with no technical support will not last long or are not fully compatible with operating system causing system crashes. Also cameras very often advertised as high res (420 TVL and up) and low lux (less than 1 LUX) are in fact 380 TV lines resolution and 2 LUX min illumination. You as a customer have no way to verify that information. Most of the time sellers are even not aware of what they really sell, because most of cameras come in plain boxes with xero copy of technical spec. This is why you should always buy your CCTV equipment from legitimate sellers.
All products we offer come with one year warranty and one year free service. We also provide our customers with all available updates and new software releases for DVR systems.

Warranty Details
ALL EQUIPMENT COMES WITH ONE YEAR WARRANTY COUNTED FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF SHIPMENT. OUR PRODUCTS COME WITH 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY (15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED). CUSTOMER HAS TO CONTACT US WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING PRODUCTS. STORE EXCHANGE IS ACCEPTED. NO REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING. BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY ITEM YOU MUST CONTACT US TO RECEIVE RMA NUMBER. RETURNS WITHOUT RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. MOST OF THE PRODUCTS IS SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN PENNSYLVANIA. 7% TAX APPLIES TO PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS.CamTech Surveillance will repair or replace free of charge any part or parts of the product , if the defect is due to the fault material or workmanship. Warranty involves repairing of defective product/parts and does not entitle purchaser for the replacement of complete product. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period. The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be detective.
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- The product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual.
- Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company personnel.
- Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/ or physical construction of the set.
- Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine.
- The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from product.
- Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service centre or purchaser's residence.
CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING OF DEFECTIVE ITEM TO US. WE DO NOT COVER IT. WE WILL SHIP IT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT OUR EXPENSE.
All our products are insured during shipping. We do not take responsibility for shipping delays, damage or lost package. We will assist and provide all necessery help receiving refund for lost or damaged product during shipping.
