DVR Board Description:
Eyemax DVB 9060 is a 16 channel video capture board. It is probably one of the most often used Eyemax cards. It gives a user great flexibility of adding more cameras whenever needed. For very affordable price you can connect up to 16 cameras. Most of our customers start with 5-6 cameras and than after a while they decide to add 2 or 3 more. With this card you can be sure, that there is always room for upgrade. This board works with most of today's computers. You need to have Windows XP or Vista installed and running. It is recommended to use dedicated PC but it is not required. To access your other windows application you may need to exit surveillance software.
Remote Access let's you view your cameras from anywhere in the world via Internet. All software updates and new applications are available for free download for all our customers. Expected soon is remote client software supporting iPhone and Blackberry (expected to be released by the end of summer 2009)
It is a great choice for small convinience store, small office, gas station, bar or home. Picture quality is exactly the same as on more expensive models. This is the most affordable 16 Ch board ever, and it comes with all the great features of every Eyemax DVR system.
The high compression MPEG4 CODEC provides more recording time with same size hard disk drive than previous MJPEG CODEC. The built-in video motion detector logic helps the DVR system from storing unnecessary video. By connecting the DVR to the Internet, you are able to view live or archived videos from a remote location. Or you can connect to multiple DVR's from different locations and view them all at the same time.
